Bring in Your Instrument
Visit our shop during our operation hours to drop off your instrument.

Receive a Free Estimate
Our repair technicians will revise your instument and provide you with a repair quote.

Approve the Repair
A 50% deposit is required before starting repairs.

Pick Up Your Instrument
We'll call you when your repair is complete. The remaining balance is due at pick up.

Can you provide an estimate if I just tell you whats wrong with my instrument?
Our repair technicians will not provide a repair estimate without physically inspecting your instrument. If you are weary about leaving your instrument, you may call ahead of your visit to inquire about same day repair estimates. We promise to take great care of your instrument!
I'm looking to get my instrument appraised.
We provide professionally written appraisals for $99.99 + tax. Please call our store to schedule a visit.
What instruments do you repair?
Our repair technicians work on all woodwind and brass instruments. We do not relaquer instruments or sell repair parts separately.
How long do repairs take?
Most repairs are completed within 3-5 business days. If your repair requires a longer waiting period, we will let you know upon estimate.
