Loaner Instrument

VIR renters with current accounts qualify for a loaner during repairs. Check the Delivery Dates page for school visits.​

Submission Deadline

Requests must be received by 5:00 PM the day before your school's delivery date to be included in that service visit.

​

Required

Students must leave their instrument with their Band or Orchestra Director the day before delivery day. We Do Not have access to lockers.

Important Notice

Loaners are available through school delivery ONLY and will not be given out at our store.
